How Iron Heritage and Brian Venable came about… well, the story begins a few years back.

We first met Brian Venable through the band Lucero. While following a tour on a very interesting stay on business in Pittsburgh, “somehow” a bag of our items ended up on their tour bus.

That “somehow” was a last minute decision to drop a bag of goodies to their merch table for the band to enjoy… we will save you the details of the google maps walking path mishap, getting locked out of the hotel room while getting pizza from the delivery guy, and a fire alarm (we apparently travel the right way) and will fast forward to what really matters.

As the story has it, Brian spent the remaining weeks of the tour going through our items and finding out his favorite ones. Weeks passed following the end of the tour and suddenly we received an order from Brian with a note on how he “came across our items on the tour bus and he’s tried many items before but none we’re like these.”

Over the course of the next years, Brian became fond of the Iron Heritage Flathead Water Soluble Pomade and insisted to use nothing else.

Fast forward to 2016, Venable teamed up with Lumberjack Outfitters to release various skate decks and is expected to release Venable’s first book titled “Catchin’ Hell” in Winter/Spring 2017. To help promote the book, Iron Heritage Men’s Grooming Company has teamed up with Brian Venable to create a premium signature beard oil for the release.
